Ken Swensen
Ken is co-founder and President of Inside Animal Ag. He has volunteered for many animal and environmental advocacy organizations. He has a business background and an MBA from New York University. He lives in Redding, CT with Robin and golden retriever Kaley.
Robin Lamont
Robin is co-founder of Inside Animal Ag. She is a graduate of New York University with a law degree from Pace University. She worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, focusing much of her career on legal research. She is the author of five novels, including The Kinship Series, a suspense trilogy.

Kari Hamerschlag
Kari is the Deputy Director of Food and Agriculture at Friends of the Earth where she leads the organization’s animal agriculture work. Her food systems initiatives have steadily shifted consumption patterns towards healthier, plant-forward, sustainable food, especially in educational settings. Previously, Kari worked as a senior analyst with the Environmental Working Group. She is the author of many reports that document the impacts of factory farming and industrialized food systems. She has a master’s degree from UC Berkeley.
Kimberly Spanjol, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LMHC, CHES
Kim is a Criminologist specializing in forensic psychology, a licensed mental health counselor and licensed and board-certified behavior analyst, and certified humane education specialist with over 25 years of experience working with youth and adult populations. In addition to her private practice and consulting, she teaches social justice courses related to non-human animals and the environment at Pace University and designs and manages animal-assisted therapy programs that benefit both humans and other animals.
William E. Samuels, Ph.D.
Bill is an assistant professor working with Master's and doctoral (Ph.D. and DNP) students at Hunter College. He is an experienced researcher and the author of dozens of refereed journal articles. His areas of expertise are in statistical analysis, research design, developing educational programs for disadvantaged young people, and enhancing teacher effectiveness. He researches prosocial development through animal- and nature-based educational programs for children in diverse cultures.
